

What is Bootcamp?
Our popular, non-military style bootcamp promotes functional fitness and there's no better way to get fit than in the Great Outdoors (whatever the weather!). Each class promises dynamic and challenging routines which vary each week, involving high intensity interval based training.
When: Saturday 8.15am (year-round) | Wednesday 6.30pm (summer months only)
Where: Tickhill Cricket Club, Alderson Lane, Tickhill
How much: Individual session £6
